Job Summary
Partnering with leaders to enhance team performance, the hybrid or remote People Business Partner will focus on manager enablement, talent development, and employee relations while improving People programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent management discussions and support promotion and succession planning decisions
- Identify development needs and facilitate manager and leadership development initiatives
- Utilize people data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders regarding organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of progressive human resources or business partner experience, including employee relations and performance management
- Experience partnering with leaders on people and organizational issues in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and talent management processes
- Proficiency in using people data to inform decisions and identify patterns
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and utilizing AI to enhance efficiency in HR processes
