People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and recommend solutions to People Team issues
• Lead and/or assist in the development and implementation of People Team policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of applicable experience in Human Resources
• Experience in a start-up environment and/or large organizations
• Proven track record of working with and influencing senior leaders
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
