Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner for their remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, developing talent strategies and driving performance
• Own cyclical people program work and develop new company-wide learning and growth initiatives
• Partner with the People Growth & Development team to create and implement targeted talent development programs

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in people business partnership
• Experience supporting a globally distributed, remote team
• Strong business acumen
• Experience creating and facilitating learning content in a remote environment
• Experience leveraging various tools and platforms for collaboration and communication
