People Business Partner Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner Director, Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and consult with leaders on people-related matters to align talent initiatives with business priorities
• Partner with the CTO to implement standards for high-performance engineering teams and improve talent density
• Drive alignment and efficiency across the People Experience organization by developing effective people programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or in related talent roles, with at least 5 years in technology organizations
• Experience in change management, leadership changes, organization design, and talent strategy
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience; advanced degree in Human Resources or related area preferred
• Experience supporting C-suite leaders is a plus
