Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner Director, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner and advisor to the CTO and Engineering Managers on organizational design and health
• Lead organizational design efforts, ensuring clarity around roles, scope, and leveling across Engineering
• Drive programs in partnership with various functions to align Engineering's context with strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or related functions, particularly in technical organizations
• Proven experience partnering with C-level or senior executives
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational design and transformation in high-growth environments
• Strong track record of influencing senior leaders in ambiguous situations
• Active interest in AI tools in HR contexts for improving people processes
