Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee leadership training initiatives to improve performance and engagement
- Implement tiered leadership training programs and create training materials for the LMS
- Track and analyze training KPIs to continuously improve program outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership and people management
- Hands-on experience with servant leadership principles
- Proven ability to drive organizational transformation
- Expertise in designing and organizing leadership training programs
