Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee leadership training initiatives to improve performance and engagement
  • Implement tiered leadership training programs and create training materials for the LMS
  • Track and analyze training KPIs to continuously improve program outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership and people management
  • Hands-on experience with servant leadership principles
  • Proven ability to drive organizational transformation
  • Expertise in designing and organizing leadership training programs
