Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Compliance Coordinator (temporary) to support the Compliance department in an administrative capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage background vendor support for branch locations, including audits and policy development
  • Review and approve client-specific onboarding documents managed via Adobe Forms
  • Support various HR programs under the compliance department, including contract reviews and mergers and acquisitions activities
Required Qualifications, Training & Education
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years of human resources experience supporting compliance functions
  • Ability to research and understand complex compliance obligations
  • Analytic capabilities to identify complex issues and recommend improvements
  • Must be a self-starter with effective multi-tasking abilities
