Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Compliance Coordinator (temporary) to support the Compliance department in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage background vendor support for branch locations, including audits and policy development
- Review and approve client-specific onboarding documents managed via Adobe Forms
- Support various HR programs under the compliance department, including contract reviews and mergers and acquisitions activities
Required Qualifications, Training & Education
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of two (2) years of human resources experience supporting compliance functions
- Ability to research and understand complex compliance obligations
- Analytic capabilities to identify complex issues and recommend improvements
- Must be a self-starter with effective multi-tasking abilities
