People Compliance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, People Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual global compliance efforts in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive compliance projects implementing scalable practices aligned with global laws and regulations
• Oversee HR policy governance, regulatory reporting, and audit programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in HR compliance, immigration, risk management, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resource management or a related field
• Experience managing global operational compliance programs within regulated HR environments
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Experience working within HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
