People Consultant Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Consultant Specialist to provide expert HR consultation and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultations on performance management, team effectiveness, and career development
• Triage and manage requests within Salesforce, engaging appropriate subject matter experts
• Support execution and deployment of cyclical HR programs across product areas and markets

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HR Consultant Support Services
• Experience with HR consulting in large, matrixed organizations (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and change management principles (preferred)
• Familiarity with HR compliance and policy deployment (preferred)
