Key Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop People Consultants in performance management and employee relations
• Analyze support trends and develop solutions to enhance employee support and training
• Partner with various teams to implement solutions related to policy, process, and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in employee relations or HR roles
• Strong project/program management skills
• Ability to influence and resolve complex employee issues
• Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities
• Experience in a hyper-growth technology organization is preferred
