Job Summary

- Provide first-line support on employee lifecycle queries, ensuring timely resolution
- Utilize and optimize Workday, collaborating with the HRIS team for system efficiency
- Manage payroll and People Services communications, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic HR professional eager to learn and develop
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Experience with Ticket Management systems such as ServiceNow
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload in a shared services environment
- Strong organizational skills and a customer service-oriented approach
