Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time People Coordinator will lead Manager Self Service lifecycle transactions, support employees with HR-related inquiries, and ensure compliance and accuracy in data processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead all Manager Self Service lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Update and maintain trackers, providing support and answering employee questions
  • Audit data and communicate timely updates to stakeholders while ensuring project timelines are met
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information
