Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time People Coordinator will lead Manager Self Service lifecycle transactions, support employees with HR-related inquiries, and ensure compliance and accuracy in data processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all Manager Self Service lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Update and maintain trackers, providing support and answering employee questions
- Audit data and communicate timely updates to stakeholders while ensuring project timelines are met
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
- Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information
