Job Summary

To support a growing team member relations function, the remote People Coordinator (California) will serve as a primary intake resource, providing tier-one support and administrative partnership while gaining hands-on experience across multiple People functions through a rotational program.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for team member concerns, documenting inquiries and ensuring timely handling
  • Conduct initial triage of incoming concerns, assessing complexity and determining escalation needs
  • Provide administrative support across TMR areas, including program coordination and maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • One to two years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in People or administrative functions
  • Strong initiative and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data privacy practices
  • Highly motivated with effective organizational and time management skills
