Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolution and compliance with employment laws
  • Drive cultural integration and employee engagement initiatives across the organization


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of HRBP or senior HR generalist experience in a multi-site environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations under Australian employment law
  • Practical involvement in change management and post-acquisition integration
  • Tertiary qualification in HRM, Organizational Psychology, Business, or equivalent
  • Membership in AHRI or equivalent professional body is desirable
