Job Summary
A company is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair resolution and compliance with employment laws
- Drive cultural integration and employee engagement initiatives across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of HRBP or senior HR generalist experience in a multi-site environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations under Australian employment law
- Practical involvement in change management and post-acquisition integration
- Tertiary qualification in HRM, Organizational Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- Membership in AHRI or equivalent professional body is desirable
