Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years as a People & Culture Business Partner
  • Proven experience in performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • University degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with O365 and Workday or comparable HRIS
