Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years as a People & Culture Business Partner
- Proven experience in performance management, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Strong business and financial acumen
- University degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with O365 and Workday or comparable HRIS
