Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote People & Culture Business Partner will manage employee relations, oversee recruiting operations, and ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, addressing HR policies and employee relations issues
- Own recruiting operations including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding processes for new hires
- Monitor compliance with federal and state employment laws, maintaining accurate documentation and handbooks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or in People Operations
- Experience supporting multi-state workforces and knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions
- Background in managing investigations, performance issues, and employee separations
- Experience with recruiting operations and ATS management; familiarity with Workable is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now experience is advantageous
