Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the full-time Associate People & Culture Communications Director will develop and execute communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and support organizational change initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements communication plans that align with People & Culture priorities and organizational initiatives
  • Acts as the primary liaison between People & Culture and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
  • Advises P&C leaders on communication strategies for new programs and organizational changes, while leading employee listening initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in communications, employee engagement, or change management
  • Proven experience developing communication plans and materials for People & Culture initiatives
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience supporting senior leaders
  • Ability to analyze employee feedback and recommend actionable improvements
