Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the full-time Associate People & Culture Communications Director will develop and execute communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and support organizational change initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops and implements communication plans that align with People & Culture priorities and organizational initiatives
- Acts as the primary liaison between People & Culture and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
- Advises P&C leaders on communication strategies for new programs and organizational changes, while leading employee listening initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in communications, employee engagement, or change management
- Proven experience developing communication plans and materials for People & Culture initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills with experience supporting senior leaders
- Ability to analyze employee feedback and recommend actionable improvements
