People Culture Director

Job Summary

A company in the Business Services industry is seeking a People Culture Director to oversee the employee experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative solutions to address challenges related to remote work and build a world-class, values-driven culture
• Partner with the executive team and Head of Talent Acquisition to address people-related challenges
• Manage all employee relations issues and overhaul performance management and compensation practices

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a remote-first organization
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Experience with performance management, compensation practices, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
