Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Generalist to support their department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting operations, including conducting preliminary phone interviews and developing effective recruitment strategies
  • Plan onboarding and offboarding activities, perform new employee orientation, and analyze exit interviews
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance management programs, and support employees with problem-solving HR issues

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role in a high-growth startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to offer suggestions and improvements
