Job Summary
Supporting core HR processes, the full-time People & Culture Generalist will manage employee inquiries, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and assist with benefits administration in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and payroll coordination
- Track key HR metrics and generate reports for leadership decision-making
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance across multi-state employment environments
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
- Advanced skills using Paylocity as an HR professional
- At least 2 years of experience supporting benefits administration across multiple states
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 360 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
