Job Summary
To support a positive and inclusive workplace, the full-time remote People & Culture Manager will manage employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and oversee performance management processes while partnering closely with organizational leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, conducting investigations and coaching managers on performance issues
- Manage engagement survey processes and key employee lifecycle touchpoints to enhance the employee experience
- Oversee the performance review process and support managers in employee development and retention strategies
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on employee relations or HR business partner work
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee relations matters
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills, including experience in leadership coaching
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as TriNet, ADP, or similar platforms
