Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote People & Culture Professional will engage with managers and employees, manage employee lifecycle activities, and contribute to talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partnering with managers and employees to enhance engagement, development, and performance
- Managing employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding and supporting compliance activities
- Supporting recruitment initiatives and contributing to employer branding and talent attraction efforts
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related fields
- Experience supporting multi-state U.S. workforces in fast-paced environments
- Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
