Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote People & Culture Professional will engage with managers and employees, manage employee lifecycle activities, and contribute to talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Partnering with managers and employees to enhance engagement, development, and performance
  • Managing employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding and supporting compliance activities
  • Supporting recruitment initiatives and contributing to employer branding and talent attraction efforts
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related fields
  • Experience supporting multi-state U.S. workforces in fast-paced environments
  • Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
