Job Summary
To support a transformative People Technology initiative, the full-time People & Culture Technology Analyst will administer and optimize global HR technology platforms, ensuring data integrity and enhancing user experience in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HR technology platforms, focusing on system optimization and performance
- Support data management and integration across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop and distribute reports and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools
- Experience in managing system integrations and maintaining data quality
- HR technology certifications (e.g., Workday, SAP) are advantageous
