Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Data & Insights Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of data strategies that align with P&O goals and OGSMs
Analyze workforce data to uncover trends and provide strategic recommendations on hiring, retention, and workforce planning
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to deliver insights in a user-friendly format

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field
5-7 years in a related field, with at least 3 years in an analytics or data-focused role
Proven experience implementing P&O analytics and insights strategies
Proficiency with tools such as Power BI and knowledge of APIs and Data Analysis Exchange
