People Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to support their People Ops team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the People Ops team to translate business challenges into actionable requirements and solutions
• Provide analytical and reporting support across various HR management disciplines
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility while collaborating with IT and Data teams to resolve data quality issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or related data/tech roles
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
• Strong experience with HR system reports and workflows, preferably UKG BI
• Knowledge of HR data systems and data flow management (e.g., Snowflake)
• Experience with data security and governance in HR contexts
