People Data Analyst 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Data Analyst 3 to analyze employee data and provide insights for decision-making within Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business questions and deliver insights related to workforce health and employee experience
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide KPI definitions and analytical interpretation to support leadership presentations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing complex datasets and making business recommendations
• 3+ years of experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools
• Proficiency in a statistical or programming language (Python or R preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field preferred
