Job Summary
As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote People Data Analyst will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization to extract actionable insights from data.
Key responsibilities:
- Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by building relationships and implementing findings
- Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning
- Engage in various People Analytics projects, wrangling data to enable comprehensive intelligence and collaborating with team members at all levels
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred
- A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with Python or R; SQL experience preferred
- Basic understanding of data management and analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
