Job Summary
As the founding People Data Analytics Lead, the full-time remote role will manage the development of a comprehensive people analytics function, focusing on building data infrastructure, consolidating workforce data, and providing actionable insights to enhance talent management at Harvey.
Key responsibilities
- Build a cohesive view of the employee lifecycle by connecting various HR functions into a single narrative
- Own the vision and roadmap for the people data infrastructure, partnering with Data Engineering and Security
- Design frameworks and methodologies for forecasting and modeling workforce metrics to drive strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in people analytics, HR data, or workforce analytics, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
- Proven experience in building people analytics functions and methodologies from the ground up
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and collaboration with data engineers
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses, ideally Snowflake
- Direct experience with HRIS systems like Workday and familiarity with data visualization tools
