Job Summary

Leading the enterprise-wide strategy for talent and leadership development, the full-time Manager-People Development will design impactful learning experiences, manage vendor partnerships, and implement targeted solutions to enhance organizational performance while working remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the organization's learning and development strategy, aligning initiatives with business priorities
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted solutions
  • Partner with HR to assess needs and create scalable development programs for associates
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or 4+ years of professional work experience
  • 6+ years of experience leading training or talent development initiatives
  • 4+ years of experience with talent review or succession planning programs
  • 4+ years in a supervisory or significant coaching role
  • Expertise in organizational development and adult learning principles
