Job Summary
Leading the enterprise-wide strategy for talent and leadership development, the full-time Manager-People Development will design impactful learning experiences, manage vendor partnerships, and implement targeted solutions to enhance organizational performance while working remotely across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the organization's learning and development strategy, aligning initiatives with business priorities
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, identifying skill gaps and implementing targeted solutions
- Partner with HR to assess needs and create scalable development programs for associates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or 4+ years of professional work experience
- 6+ years of experience leading training or talent development initiatives
- 4+ years of experience with talent review or succession planning programs
- 4+ years in a supervisory or significant coaching role
- Expertise in organizational development and adult learning principles
