People Development Program Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Development Partner to support the growth and development of its employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and improvement of ongoing development programs, including onboarding and manager learning journeys
• Lead regular DiSC work style trainings and manage logistics for learning programs
• Curate internal learning resources and track engagement to iterate on learning offerings

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in learning & development or a related field
• Experience designing and delivering virtual learning experiences
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
