Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of People to oversee all matters related to the people operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve organization policies, procedures, and practices on personnel matters
• Maintain compliance with industry trends and employment legislation
• Administer performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and employee engagement

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of demonstrated HR leadership experience
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Certified Professional (PHR) credential
• Experience in a highly dynamic work environment
• Experience in navigating challenging employee relation matters
• Experience with executive coaching and employee development coaching
