People Enablement Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the global design and implementation of People enablement strategies, the full-time remote People Enablement Partner will collaborate with GTM management teams, facilitate learning and performance initiatives, and drive organizational health metrics for teams in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams to build trusted advisor relationships
• Design and lead the annual delivery of the People Plan agenda related to learning and development
• Identify needs and gaps within the people management structure to enhance organizational health metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience supporting Sales or customer-facing organizations as a business partner
• Background in high-growth environments, preferably within SaaS companies
• Familiarity with remote work challenges and opportunities
• Proficiency in using AI tools and LLMs for enablement workflows
• Strong experience in facilitating and presenting on enablement topics
