Job Summary
Leading the evolution of employee experiences, the full-time remote People Experience Executive will define and drive the enterprise People Experience strategy across HR touchpoints, enhancing usability and satisfaction for a workforce of over 80,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global people experience strategy across HR service channels and digital platforms to improve usability and satisfaction
- Establish and oversee a measurement framework for service effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Partner with HR leaders and technology teams to design and optimize employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive HR or people-focused experience in global or high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience driving HR transformation and technology implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes, Workday, and outsourced services
- Proven ability to lead technology adoption and achieve business outcomes
