Job Summary

Leading the evolution of employee experiences, the full-time remote People Experience Executive will define and drive the enterprise People Experience strategy across HR touchpoints, enhancing usability and satisfaction for a workforce of over 80,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global people experience strategy across HR service channels and digital platforms to improve usability and satisfaction
  • Establish and oversee a measurement framework for service effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Partner with HR leaders and technology teams to design and optimize employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of progressive HR or people-focused experience in global or high-growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience driving HR transformation and technology implementation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, Workday, and outsourced services
  • Proven ability to lead technology adoption and achieve business outcomes
