Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Experience Partner to enhance employee experiences and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HRIS updates, employee records, and operational workflows to ensure accuracy
  • Act as the primary HR partner for non-exempt support employees, assisting with onboarding and career milestones
  • Design and deliver engagement programs, including onboarding experiences and recognition initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional HR experience, particularly in HR operations and employee engagement
  • Confidence in navigating spreadsheets and HRIS platforms
  • Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle best practices
  • Proven ability to build trust and strong partnerships
  • Experience supporting non-exempt or hourly employee populations is preferred
