People Experience Partner

Job Summary

To enhance employee experience and support business priorities, the full-time remote People Experience Partner will leverage HR expertise and local knowledge to manage employee relations, facilitate onboarding, and drive inclusion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a local expert on global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with local policies and practices
• Proactively identify and address employee experience opportunities throughout the employee lifecycle
• Provide consultation and support to business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with employees and People Partners

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a remote, matrixed organization
• Strong facilitation and team management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
