People Experience Systems Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People Experience & Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital transformation of the People team to optimize the remote first, digital teammate experience
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of people technology systems
• Provide strategic leadership to the People Technology and People Operations team and Experience teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in people technology and operations management
• Profound understanding of people technology systems and their integration with People processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams
