People Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Generalist (West).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with key partners across the Retail organization
• Convert insights into tactical initiatives to enhance organizational structure and talent strategy
• Provide support to Store Managers and District Leaders, conduct interviews, and analyze trends for actionable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
• Must be available to work standard west coast business hours
• Strong passion for supporting people and leading with a people-first mindset
• Experience in managing employee relations and compliance risks
