• Program manage the integrated People Roadmap, ensuring high-impact execution
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes and managing the People Team's operating rhythm

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting HR or CPO-level leadership
• Experience in coordination, events, operations, or administrative roles
• Ability to manage logistics end-to-end, including calendars and vendor processes
• Willingness to handle a wide range of tasks from strategic to operational
• Flexibility to adapt as responsibilities shift over time
