Job Summary
Joining a dynamic People Team, the full-time remote People Generalist will support various Human Resources functions including policy administration, employee relations, and performance management while leveraging AI tools for efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews and documents compliance training using HRIS platforms and AI-assisted reporting tools
- Maintains compliance with employment laws and updates internal practices in response to regulatory changes
- Facilitates HR meetings and trainings, capturing real-time notes and action items with AI tools
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulatory compliance including EEOC, ADA, and FMLA
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Experience in a large contact center highly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement
