People Generalist

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations in a remote setting, the full-time People Generalist will serve as a primary resource for employees and managers on HR policies, assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate HRIS records while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies and everyday questions
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit procedures
• Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HRIS, ensuring compliance and data integrity

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a generalist or operations role within a fast-paced company
• Familiarity with core HR processes such as onboarding, benefits, and performance management
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize and automate workflows
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficient in using HRIS systems and comfortable learning new tools
