People Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Insights Analyst who will transform people data into meaningful insights to inform decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze employee surveys to identify trends and insights related to engagement and employee experience
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses to support HR and business leaders
• Ensure data governance and compliance across all people systems and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Operations, or HRIS administration
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data visualization tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company environment is preferred
