People Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming talent data into actionable insights, the full-time People Insights Associate will build dashboards, collaborate across the People team, and enhance data utilization with AI, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver dashboards and data stories on key workforce metrics like attrition, hiring, and engagement
• Collaborate with teams such as Total Rewards, Recruiting, and Talent Development to inform data-driven decisions
• Manage the HR analytics platform, ensuring data quality and maintaining user access

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in analytics or consulting, preferably in the talent domain
• Strong Excel and BI skills, with a working knowledge of SQL preferred
• Consultative mindset with the ability to ask the right questions before analyzing data
• Clear communication skills to translate complex findings into simple insights
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to improve team workflows
