Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, People Insights & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a multi-year integrated People Analytics roadmap in partnership with senior leaders
  • Design and execute employee listening programs and action planning strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR reporting and analytics capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; MBA/MA/MS preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in People/Talent data and analytics within Human Resources
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and managing employee listening programs
  • Hands-on experience with BI platforms and tools such as Looker or Qualtrics
  • Experience in managing small teams and developing junior-level staff
