Job Summary
Owning the analytics for people data, the full-time remote People Insights Manager will manage the employee experience survey program, build Workday reporting for various stakeholders, and deliver actionable dashboards that support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive experience surveys for the full employee lifecycle and ensure timely, accurate insights aligned with business priorities
- Act as the primary partner to People Business Partners and functional leaders, shaping business questions into structured analyses
- Establish standards for metrics and reporting to enhance analytics quality and reduce ad hoc reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in people analytics, HR reporting, or related data roles
- Experience managing survey programs and understanding security domains and business process impacts
- 2+ years of experience building dashboards for business audiences
- Proficiency with HR data domains such as headcount, attrition, and engagement
- Strong SQL or equivalent query skills for data preparation and quality assurance
