Key Responsibilities

  • Establish AI-ready knowledge structures to support automation and integrate with case management and AI support systems

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in building or transforming knowledge management systems or shared services functions
  • Strong understanding of end-user experience in People Operations or HR service delivery
  • Proven experience with AI-native workflows and automation
  • Ability to operate strategically while executing operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven capability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
