Job Summary

- Build and manage a centralized People knowledge ecosystem, including governance and lifecycle management
- Establish AI-ready knowledge structures to support automation and integrate with case management and AI support systems
- Lead cross-functional programs to enhance self-service capabilities and improve overall service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building or transforming knowledge management systems or shared services functions
- Strong understanding of end-user experience in People Operations or HR service delivery
- Proven experience with AI-native workflows and automation
- Ability to operate strategically while executing operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proven capability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
