Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities
  • Liaison between vendors for HR, Recruiting, and Legal invoices and agreements
  • Maintain employee records, schedule on-boarding and off-boarding meetings, and collaborate with the payroll department

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HRIS software, and ATS platforms
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
