Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to join their Total Rewards & People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure data continuity by accurately entering and importing data across HR systems and identifying automation opportunities
  • Provide reporting and analytic support for Total Rewards & People Operations programs, including performance and compensation reviews
  • Assist in job evaluations and salary banding processes to maintain an effective job architecture and compensation framework
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources/People Operations Analyst
  • Proven experience as a Workday administrator with a focus on data integrity
  • Advanced Excel experience for analytics and data comparison
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting HR-related data
  • Ability to adapt to multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
