People Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to enhance their automated and data-driven People Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and automate core People Operations processes to eliminate manual steps
• Own recurring reporting and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Maintain data hygiene and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Systems, or HR Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Workday, Domo, Google Suite, and strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets
• Working knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, and/or Snowflake
• Experience in designing or maintaining automations and data pipelines
• Comfort with building process maps and documentation tools
