Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to support the design and improvement of employee experience systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on key People metrics, providing actionable recommendations
- Support the development and maintenance of People insights dashboards and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Manage operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations or HR analytics
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Rippling and Betterworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Working knowledge of HR compliance best practices
