Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to support the design and improvement of employee experience systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on key People metrics, providing actionable recommendations

  • Manage operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations or HR analytics
  • Proficiency with HR systems such as Rippling and Betterworks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
