Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to support their Global People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute, validate, and troubleshoot mass data changes using EIBs for accurate processing
  • Maintain and develop custom Workday reports and respond to HRIS-related inquiries
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to People data and workflows while training team members on Workday processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and business process transactions
  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems roles
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and modern collaboration tools
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
