Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to support their Global People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, validate, and troubleshoot mass data changes using EIBs for accurate processing
- Maintain and develop custom Workday reports and respond to HRIS-related inquiries
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to People data and workflows while training team members on Workday processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and business process transactions
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems roles
- Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and modern collaboration tools
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
